Your order will be shipped to the address you provided using the shipping method you selected at checkout:

Please note that the estimated delivery time is affected by the shipping method you selected and does not include delays caused by suppliers or service and weather disruptions.
All Leocadeau products are personalized. Some items have longer production times than others. These details can be found on the product pages and during the checkout process. Leocadeau is not responsible for packages stolen from doors/mailboxes/delivery addresses, so please take the necessary steps to ensure you receive your package.

Note:
All our packages are fully insured, and the shipping times described above apply to orders shipped to the continental United States. For express shipments, a signature is required upon delivery.

Each customer is responsible for any customs fees that may apply to international shipments. leocadeau has no control over these fees and is not responsible for the actions of customs or delivery services.

ADDRESS INFORMATION
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address.

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, you can now change your shipping address up to 48 hours after placing your order.

Shipping Notification
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.

This email will contain your order number so you can track your item as it travels to you, as well as the shipping date. You can also check your order status online by logging in to the leocadeau page with your order number and email address.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
The estimated shipping date is based on the shipping method selected. Shipping dates are based on business days and exclude weekends and holidays.

Please note that special orders may have longer processing and production times.

Thanks to additional safety measures related to COVID-19, we are processing all orders as quickly as possible, with 95% of our orders arriving on time. Some deliveries may be delayed, and we thank you for your patience during this time.
